demand of houses

36 house is a prototype of the first growing house series we designed. we are trying to create a 4 m x 9 m prototype house that can be built in minimal or excessive conditions.

There are also 36+42 houses as a growth type from 36 houses. the vertical growth responded to the issue of limited and high-priced land.

This design stems from the need for a decent life in a limited space. we try to reduce excess space take advantage of people’s behavior patterns in the house in general and streamline the involvement of light and air. this prototype responds to the scenario of a young family that develops into a whole so that it can accommodate the needs of parents and children.
